Lidcombe Shopping Centre Ultimate Entertainment Promotion

PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is Lidcombe Shopping Centre,  and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Lidcombe Shopping centre address is: 92 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141.

2. Promotional Period: The Ultimate Entertainment promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9:00am, Friday 6 Febraury and conclude at 12:00pm, Thursday 12 February 2026.

3. The winners will be drawn at random at 2pm on Thursday 12 Febraury by Centre Management or a third party appointed.

4. The winners will be notified via Instagram message within 1 business days of the draw taking place.

5. The prize must be collected on the Friday 13 Febraury 2026.

6. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All participants must comply with the terms and conditions established by Lidcombe Shopping Centre, including any additional terms and conditions or modifications to these Entry Rules

2. Entry is open to SYDNEY residents only.

3. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Lidcombe Shopping Centre and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.

6. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid, or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
