Super Dad Gift With Purchase - $20 Gift Card Giveway

GENERAL:  
(1) Information on how to enter this giveaway will form part of these Terms & Conditions. (2) By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the promotion Terms & Conditions.  
(3) Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will result in the automatic disqualification and may render the participant ineligible to participate in future competitions and giveaways.  
(4) The giveaway is being run by 'the Centre' (Lidcombe Shopping Centre - 92 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141) throughout the promotional period.

WHO CAN ENTER:  
(5) This giveaway is exclusively open to NSW residents only.  
(6) Entry is open to all ('Eligible Entrants') excluding Lidcombe Shopping Centre directors, management, owners, retailers, staff, employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), contractors (and their immediate families), their advertising agencies and their related bodies corporate.

PROMOTION DURATION:  
(7) The promotion commences at 10am (AEST) on Saturday 29th August 2026 and concludes at 3pm on Saturday 29th August 2026 ('Promotional Period').  
(8) Promotion duration is for 1 day only and while stocks last.  
(9) The FREE Gift promotional cart location is level 1 centre court, and is open from 10am to 3pm. (10) FREE gift can only be redeemed during promotional cart operating hours.

REDEEMING YOUR FREE GIFT:  
(11) To be eligible to redeem a FREE gift, entrants must spend $120 or more at Lidcombe Shopping Centre during the Promotional Period.  
(12) Entrants must visit the promotional cart (location TBC) between 10am – 3pm daily and present receipt(s) with transactions made at Lidcombe Shopping Centre to the value of $120 or more to receive their FREE GIFT.  
(13) Receipts must be for purchases made within the Promotional Period and does not include bill payments or purchases made for lottery or tobacco products.  
(14) Multiple receipts accepted from all specialty stores. Receipts from ALL MAJORS must be in one transaction.  
(15) Customers are required to advise their details including email address opt in and suburb of residence when redeeming their free gift.  
(16) The free gift is available while stocks last.  
(17) Limit of 1 (one) FREE GIFT, per person, per day.  
(18) There are 100 FREE gifts to be redeemed across the 1-day period.

FREE GIFT – $20 Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card:  
(19) The free gift is a Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card valued at $20.  
(20) Total value of free gifts to give away equates to $2,000.  
(21) Free gift is not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  
(22) $20 Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card cannot be on-sold.

OTHER CONDITIONS:  
(23) The promotion is exclusive to Lidcombe Shopping Centre.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY  
(24) By entering the Promotion, each participant gives its consent to the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, to use his or her personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant.  
(25) The participant acknowledges that any personal information provided by the participant is not sensitive information.  
(26) Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and any photograph of the entrants may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless an entrant otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using and disclosing to its agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.  
(27) Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available online.
