TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In line with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020, commenced on 1 July 2020, we outline the rules of this competition as follows. When you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. This competition is open to NSW residents only.

2. To be eligible to enter, participants must make a minimum spend of $100 in a single day at Lidcombe Shopping Centre during the promotional period. Participants must present their original receipt(s) as proof of purchase at the time of entry.

3. The promotional period runs from Monday, 15 June to Saturday, 11 July, inclusive.

4. Eligible participants may enter the competition by dropping a disc into the interactive play zone located at Lidcombe Shopping Centre on Saturdays during the promotional period, after presenting proof of purchase as outlined in Condition 2.

5. The interactive play zone will be available on Saturdays only during the promotional period. Specific operating hours will be displayed at the play zone.

6. This competition is a game of chance. The prize pool is as follows: Monsters x FIFA Doll — 13 prizes
   FIFA World Cup 26™ League Ball — 33 prizes
   Playing Card Tin — 33 prizes
   LEGO® Editions FIFA World Cup 2026™ Official Emblem — 33 prizes
   Coffee Cards — 200 prizes
   Adidas Water Bottles — 30 prizes

7. The total prize pool is valued at $8,051.67.

8. No part of any prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

9. All prizes are valid for the winner only and are not transferable.

10. All vouchers, gift cards, and prizes are subject to any expiration dates and terms listed on the items themselves.

11. If an advertised prize is unavailable, Centre Management reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted shortly thereafter.

13. Prizes must be collected in person from Centre Management at Lidcombe Shopping Centre within one (1) month of the winner being notified. Any prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited.

14. By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in any promotional activity and material as Centre Management may reasonably require.

15. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

16. Centre Management reserves the right to amend these rules or the competition end date at any time. Any amendments will be published on the relevant competition page.

17. Under NSW law, this competition does not require a permit.
