TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In line with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020, started on 1 July 2020, we outline the "rules" of this competition as follows. When you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. Competition is open to NSW residents only.

2. To enter, participants must tag a friend in the comments of the competition post on Lidcombe Shopping Centre's social media. Each tag constitutes one entry, and participants may enter as many times as they like by tagging different friends in separate comments.

3. The closing date is as specified in the competition post, and Centre Management reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. Winners will be drawn at random at this time and contacted shortly thereafter.

4. This competition is a game of chance. There will be four (4) separate prize draws, with one prize awarded per draw:1 x $100 Australian Skin Clinic voucher
   1 x $50 Star Car Wash voucher
   1 x $50 Nail Decor voucher
   1 x $100 Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card
   

5. The total prize pool is valued at $300.

6. By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in any such promotional activity and material as Centre Management may require.

7. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

8. All vouchers and gift cards are subject to the expiration dates and terms listed on the cards themselves.

9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

10. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

11. Prizes must be collected in person from Centre Management at Lidcombe Shopping Centre within one (1) month of the winner being notified. Any prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited and redrawn.

12. Centre Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Centre Management may also create rules that will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this, then we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

13. Under NSW Law this competition does not require a permit.

14. Prizes are valid for the winner only and are not transferable.
