GENERAL: 

(1) Information on how to enter this promotion will form part of these Terms & Conditions.
(2) By participating in this promotion, you agree to the promotion Terms & Conditions. (3) Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will result in automatic disqualification and may render the participant ineligible to participate in future competitions and giveaways.
(4) The promotion is being run by 'the Centre' (Lidcombe Shopping Centre - 92 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141) throughout the promotional period.

WHO CAN ENTER: 
(5) This promotion is exclusively open to NSW residents only aged 18 and over.
(6) Entry is open to all ('Eligible Entrants') excluding Lidcombe Shopping Centre directors, management, owners, retailers, staff, employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), contractors (and their immediate families), their advertising agencies and their related bodies corporate.

PROMOTION DURATION: 
(7) The promotion commences at 11am (AEST) on Wednesday 10 December 2025 and concludes at 2pm on Sunday 21 December 2025 ('Promotional Period').
(8) The promotional activation is located at Level 1 Centre Court and operates from 11am to 2pm daily during the Promotional Period.
(9) Instant prizes can only be redeemed during promotional activation operating hours.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 
(10) To be eligible, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Spend $100 or more at specialty stores only (excludes Woolworths, Aldi and Kmart)
b. Scan the QR code and complete all fields on the online entry form
c. Upload qualifying receipts (maximum 3 receipts accepted)
d. Present confirmed online entry and original qualifying receipts at Level 1 Centre Court promotional area
(11) The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoters discretion.

(12) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
(13) Receipts must be for purchases made within the Promotional Period and exclude bill payments, lottery products, tobacco products, and purchases from excluded major retailers.
(14) Multiple receipts accepted from specialty stores only.
(15) Limit of 1 (one) entry per person per day.
(16) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

INSTANT PRIZES: 
(17) Upon successful entry verification, each participant receives one turn of the gumball machine to claim their instant prize.
(18) 150 instant prizes are available daily while stocks last.
(19) Instant prizes range in value from $10-$100, with total daily prize pool valued at $7,500.
(20) Participants who do not receive an instant prize will receive a "Sorry, better luck next time" message and a complimentary Christmas cookie.

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW: 
(21) One (1) winner for the major prize promotion will be drawn at Lidcombe Centre Management Office, Level 1, 92 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Winners will be notified within three (3) business days of the draw. (22) The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
(23) The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
(24) Major prize: x1 $1,000 Flight Centre Gift Card.
(25) Winners must collect their prize from Lidcombe Centre Management Office, located opposite Tada Kids on Level 1 during weekday trading hours with a valid form of ID for reference. The Winner must collect their prize by 5:30 pm on Tuesday 27 January 2026.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: 
(26) Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prizes are not included. Any unused balance of prizes will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of prizes is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the prize.
(27) If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
(28) Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
(29) Instant prizes cannot be on-sold.
(30) A draw for any unclaimed major prizes may take place on Friday Tuesday 27 January 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS:
(31)  If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoters reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
(32)  Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
(33)  The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
(34) This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
 

LIABILITY: 
(35)  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

(36)  Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or (f) use of/taking of a prize.

OTHER CONDITIONS: 

(39) The promotion is exclusive to Lidcombe Shopping Centre.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY: 
(40) By entering the Promotion, each participant gives its consent to the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, to use his or her personal information (PI) for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
(41) The participant acknowledges that any personal information provided by the participant is not sensitive information.
(42) Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and any photograph of the entrants may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless an entrant otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using and disclosing to its agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
(43) Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available online.
